Lack of Sleep

My husband slept early last night about 9:00 after we ate our dinner. I went to bed about 12:30 and trying to sleep but my husband suddenly woke up and asked me if I want to watch horror movie “the 28 weeks later” and I said “yes” and we watched it for about an hour as by the time we turned on the TV and in the channel HBO the horror movie was started already. After we watched that movie there was also another one called “Pathfinder” which I watched by myself as my husband thought it was a boring one but for me it was good movie. It was an interesting one but it shows mostly about killing or brutal as it’s about the Indians and the Vikings fighting each other. So, since I watched those 2 movies I end up sleeping about 2:30am and make my eyes tired. I hate sleeping late makes me lazy and moody. Tonight, I will be going to sleep early to avoid dark circles and tiredness of my eyes. Sometimes, makes me think if I am lack of sleep it can cause insomia, can make me have low blood pressure which is not good and can make me dizzy during the day when I am lack of sleep. Sleeping few hours or lack of sleep is not good at all, because I knew that enough sleep or rest can make you stay look younger and good looking skin.
