Yesterday, I was happy as I grabbed alot of opps and by the time my husband came back from work I was in my computer and my husband said to me, I am staring the screen for too long and I might have a problem of my eyes one day and I said “yes I knew that honey” and I am thinking I should not do stare the computer for long period of time or else I will be regret one day, because I noticed to my eyes it seems getting fatigue sometimes or have a tired eyes. I do not want to have a problem with my eyes too soon huhuhu :((
I search online about staring online can ruin your vision? Here is what I found in health.dailynewscentral.com/content/view/140/62. Research conducted on 10,000 Japanese employees suggests a link between the length of time spent using a computer and the development of glaucoma, a relatively common eye disease that develops very slowly, characterized by progressive sight defects or visual field abnormalities over time. Its exact cause is unknown, although potential risk factors, including smoking and high blood pressure, have been suggested. I found this helpful one too from yahoo answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20071113182213AAidAvb and optometric physician says, another very common problem is a condition called computer fatigue syndrome. When you focus on a computer for prolonged periods of time you are stimulating the ciliary muscle (focusing muscle) inside the eye constantly which can lead to fatigue.
