Exercise Strive to Lose Weight

I did not lose weight recently, even though I did exercise in the pool or swim and perhaps, because I do eat after I swim…well makes me hungry after I swim and I cannot not to eat. This afternoon, I did exercise in our living room and doing some moves and hoping, I burned some calories (lol). Tonight, my husband and I will be going to swim in the pool added as exercise this afternoon. I hate myself sometimes, as I am being greedy eating food and make me gain weight especially tasty fried food, sweet foods and others. Sometimes, I crave an ice cream especially the Filipino ice cream called selecta which has mixed flavors which is tasty and even my husband loves to eat it too. I am not fond of eating sweet food but I noticed to myself nowadays that I loved to eat sweet foods (ggrrr!!).

My goal is to lose weight 10 lbs. and makes me happy about it. I need to lose weight while I am still young, because when I am old, it will be hard for me to lose weight. I feel myself when I gained weight or a little bit fatter makes me feel lazy to do something, I am not full of energy, and when I am thinner, I have enough energy. I am just striving to lose some weight nowadays or else I will burst and might all clothes will not fit on me anymore (lol). My goal nowadays is that, I must exercise before I eat my breakfast and I will exercise before I go to sleep.
