I am not good in cooking but I always try experimenting food and I do not really follow recipe if it is just easy and I do estimate ingredients and think what would be the spices appropriate to the dish. I do not cook food often for hubby and perhaps, I cook for him about 4-5 times in 1 month as we usually eat outside and we have leftover and during weekend, we go somewhere.

This afternoon, my husband called me and asked me if I could cook the chicken that we bought on other day and I did not refused, as I do not cook for him often. I cook sometimes showing that I care as a wife. He said to me, he will be home in about 45 minutes and I was not in a hurry as after he called me, I was till in my computer and chat my sister and then after about 20 minutes, I went to the kitchen and started taking off some skin in the chicken and washed the chicken breast. When they are clean, I put them in a big zip lock bag and put different kinds of spices like pepper, salt, soy sauce, vinegar, olive oil, garlic and shake in the bag. I did not measure the ingredients just put them and thought it was enough spices and then pan was ready and real hot and put them in the pan and about 20 minutes they are cooked and I looked outside was crispy and burn a little bit and hubby loves it. By the time he arrives, I started preparing rice and onion and when he looked the chicken in the pan, he said “oh baby, it looks delicious” and I said to him, “I do not know if it will be taste good as I did not taste it” (lol) and he said, “I am sure, it will be delicious baby.” When his 1st bite, he said, “baby it is tasty, I loved it” and this is the tastiest food that you ever cooked for me, (lol) it is moist, not over cooked and it is tasty and I do not know how you cooked them.” When he said that, I was impressed of myself and proud. I did a great job and I am glad he loved it! You can see the picture of tasty chicken that I cooked for him, if you like chicken; you might now starting drooling looking the chicken adobo. (lol).
